These rates are a flat fee that covers three attempts withing one week of reciept of paperwork. Services to persons located in Watsonville, Boulder Creek, Ben Lomond and Scott's Valley will be charged at a rate of $60 for the first attempt and $70 if multiple attempts are required. We are usually successful on the first attmpt. Please specify any particular legal needs. Our service includes a guarantee of a confirmation call as soon as service is completed. We also guarantee delivery of the Proof of Service papers within two business days, personally delivery for local firms and fax or mail for firms outside of the County.
